奥威尔《缅甸岁月》的殖民地政治伦理阐释

摘　　要：采用文学伦理批评理论视角讨论奥威尔的小说《缅甸岁月》的白人政治伦理,主要应从殖民地政治伦理禁忌、伦理困境和伦理选择三个层面展开,以"白人老爷条例"为代表的白人政治伦理禁忌深深地印烙在每个殖民地白人的脑文本之中.小说主人公弗洛里尝试突破这种禁忌,但是他又深受其束缚,他的伦理选择具有局限性,最终无法走出政治伦理困境.奥威尔在小说创作中有意识地运用反讽艺术手法,批评了弗洛里潜意识中白人至上的政治伦理选择,突出反映了作家彻底反对帝国主义等一切人统治人制度的政治伦理选择.From the perspective of literary ethical criticism theory,this paper studys Orwell’s novel Burmese Days discussing the white people’s colonial political ethics from three aspects:ethics taboo,ethical dilemma and ethical choice.The white political and ethical taboos represented by the“Pukka Sahib code”were deeply imprinted in the brain texts of the white people in every colony.Flory,the protagonist of the novel,tries to break through this taboo,but he is deeply bound by it.Therefore,his ethical choices are limited,and he can not get out of the political ethical dilemma in the end.Orwell consciously uses the art of irony to criticize Flory’s political and ethical choice of white supremacy in his subconsciousness,which highlights the writer’s political and ethical choice of completely opposing imperialism and other systems with rulers.
