摘 要:为研究郑州市不同园林植物叶片滞尘与吸收重金属的能力,以郑州市常见的10种园林植物为材料,利用分级滤膜法测定植物滞留PM的质量,采用原子吸收法测定植物叶片和土壤中重金属Pb、Cu和Cr的质量浓度,并分析叶片滞尘与富集重金属的相关性。结果表明,10种园林植物中,龙柏和雪松具有较强的滞尘能力,其次是夹竹桃,南天竹滞尘能力最弱。叶片中重金属Pb含量最高的是锦带花,最低的是龙柏;夹竹桃中Cu含量最高,洒金东瀛珊瑚中则最低;洒金东瀛珊瑚叶片中Cr含量最高,而锦带花叶片中含量最低。相关性分析表明,除Pb含量外,10种园林植物叶片中重金属含量与土壤中重金属含量之间的相关性不显著,叶片中重金属含量可能受土壤和空气中重金属含量以及其他因素的共同作用。10种园林植物中,夹竹桃对3种重金属综合吸收能力和滞尘能力均较强,具有较强的生态功能。The purpose of this article was to understand the abilities of dust retention and heavy metal absorption for 10 ornamental tree species in Zhengzhou.The amounts of PM adsorbed on the plant leaves were measured by membrane filter method.The atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of the soil and leaf plumbum(Pb),copper(Cu)and chromium(Cr).The correlation between dust retention and heavy metal accumulation in the leaves was analyzed.The results showed that Cedrus deodara and Sabina chinensis with the highest ability of dust retention,followed by Nerium indicum,Nandina domestica was lowest.The Pb content of Weigela florida was the highest,and that of S.chinensis was the lowest.The Cu content of N.indicum was the highest,and that of Aucuba japonica was the lowest.The content of Cr was the highest in the leaves of A.japonica,while the lowest in the leaves of W.florida.No significant correlations were found between heavy metal content in leaves of 10 garden plants and heavy metal content in soil,except for the content of Pb.The content of heavy metal in the leaves may be affected by the content of heavy metal in soil,air and other factors.Among the 10 plants,N.indicum presented strong comprehensive absorption capacity of three kinds of heavy metals and high dust retention ability,indicating its strong ecological function.
