摘　　要：腹主动脉瘤(AAA)是主动脉的病理性扩张,具有发病率较低、破裂后病死率极高的特点,严重危害患者的生命健康。尽管传统开放式手术是AAA的标准治疗方式,但对于解剖条件合适、有较长预期寿命的AAA患者,腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术(EVAR)已经成为其一线治疗方式。随着医疗器械和技术的创新和发展,越来越多的新型支架应用于常规AAA的腔内治疗,更多的新器械和新技术也应用于复杂AAA、近肾AAA及肾周AAA的腔内治疗。一些新器械和新技术为AAA患者的腔内治疗带来较好的临床预后,但仍有一部分支架设计的不够完善。继续了解新型器械与技术的缺陷对AAA患者术后长期密切的临床随访仍至关重要。Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA),with low incidence and high rupture mortality,is a pathological dilation in aorta,which put patients at risk.Though traditional open surgery is the standard treatment of AAA,now in patients with suitable anatomy and reasonable life expectancy,endovascular aneurysm repair(EVAR)has been the first line treatment modality.With the innovation and development of endovascular devices and techniques,not only new endografts were increasingly used to repair uncomplicated AAA,but also were these new devices and techniques used to repair complicated AAA,juxtarenal AAA and pararenal AAA increasingly.Many innovative devices and techniques present desirable and acceptable clinical outcomes,but a few of them were not well-designed.It is vital to conduct close follow up in AAA patients to understand deficiencies of innovative devices and techniques.
