介入式单针射频技术在颈颌部脂肪堆积中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨介入式单针射频在颈颌部脂肪堆积中的应用效果。方法选择2021年3月-2022年1月颈颌部脂肪堆积患者30例作为对象,所有患者均采用介入式单针射频(阿是点雕)治疗,基本治疗参数为脉宽为100~140ms、能量为10~14W,治疗疗程为每8周1次,共治疗3次,治疗后随访3个月,分析治疗效果、患者满意度、并发症发生率。结果30例患者均完成治疗,且所有患者均获得3个月随访,治疗后由医生与患者进行评价,结果表明:医生评价患者治疗3个月后优良率为90.00%高于患者自评(优良率为83.33%)(P<0.05);30例患者治疗后满意23例(76.66%),一般5例(16.66%),不满意2例(6.66%);治疗后发生皮下淤青1例、皮下肿胀1例,发生率为6.66%。结论介入式单针射频(阿是点雕)可显著改善颈颌部脂肪堆积,且并发症较少,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of interventional single needle radio frequency(a shi point carving)on fat accumulation in neck and jaw.Methods Thirty patients with cervical and maxillary fat accumulation from March 2021 to January 2022were selected as subjects.All patients were treated with gold needle sculpture.The basic treatment parameters were pulse width of 100-140ms and energy of 10-14W,and the treatment course was once every 8 weeks for 3 times.The therapeutic effect,patient satisfaction and complication rate of golden condor were analyzed.Results All 30 patients completed the golden needle carving treatment,and all patients were followed up for 3 months.After treatment,doctors and patients were evaluated.The results showed that the excellent and good rate of patients evaluated by doctors after 3 months was 90.00%higher than that of patients assessed by themselves(excellent and good rate was 83.33%)(P<0.05).Of the 30 patients,23(76.66%)were satisfied,5(16.66%)were not satisfied,and 2(6.66%)were not satisfied.After treatment,subcutaneous bruising occurred in 1 case and subcutaneous swelling in 1 case,with an incidence of 6.66%.Conclusion Interventional single needle radio frequency can significantly improve the fat accumulation in the neck and jaw with fewer complications.
