温控射频技术在女性阴道松弛中的临床应用及疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温控射频技术在女性阴道松弛中的临床应用及疗效。方法选取2021年8月-2022年8月我院收治的82例阴道松弛患者,分为两组,对照组应用生物反馈电刺激治疗,研究组应用温控射频技术治疗。观察分析两组阴道松弛度、性生活满意度、盆底肌电检查、FSFI量表以及临床疗效情况。结果与对照组比,研究组阴道松弛度问卷(VLQ)评分改善更高(P<0.05),性生活满意度高(P<0.05)与对照组比,研究组Ⅰ类纤维收缩时长、Ⅰ类纤维强度、Ⅱ类纤维收缩次数及Ⅱ类纤维强度高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组FSFI量表评分高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组临床疗效高(P<0.05)。结论温控射频技术应用于女性阴道松弛中可取得理想效果,有助于改善阴道松弛度,提高性生活满意度,值得应用。Objective To explore the clinical application and efficacy of radiofrequency temperature control technology in female vaginal relaxation.Methods A total of 82 patients with vaginal relaxation admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation and the study group was treated with radiofrequency temperature control technology.Vaginal relaxation,sexual satisfaction,pelvic floor electromyography,FSFI scale and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher vaginal relaxation(P;Compared with the control group,the FSFI score of the study group was higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of temperature controlled radiofrequency technology in female vaginal relaxation can achieve ideal results,which is helpful to improve vaginal relaxation and sexual life satisfaction,and is worthy of application.
