摘　　要：目的探讨三种不同耗材对射频网格定位效果的影响。方法选择2021年1月至9月的射频治疗求美者99例,用随机数字表法分为三组,分别使用95%酒精浸润纱布、棉球、棉签进行全面部网格定位,其中纱布组33例,棉球组34例,棉签组32例。通过比较三组射频网格定位清晰度、求美者面部皮肤不良反应发生率以及护理人员操作时长来探究三种不同耗材对射频网格定位效果的影响。结果棉球组的网格清晰度较纱布组(P<0.001)、棉签组高(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;棉球组的皮肤不良反应较纱布组少(P<0.0125),差异有统计学意义,棉球组的皮肤不良反应较棉签组无明显差异(P>0.0125);棉球组护理人员操作时长较棉签组短(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义,棉球组与纱布组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论使用棉球对网格定位的清晰度最高,皮肤不良反应最少,护理人员操作时间也明显缩短,这对临床上进行射频治疗网格定位具有指导性作用。Objective To explore the efficacy of three different consumables on the Radiofrequency grid positioning effect.Methods Ninety-nine Radiofrequency candidates from January to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an anhydrous ethanol-impregnated gauze group(n=33),a gauze ball group(n=34),and a cotton swab group(n=32)for comprehensive grid positioning.By comparing the clarity of Radiofrequency grid positioning,the adverse reactions on the facial skin of candidates,and the operation time of grid positioning,the influence of three different grid positioning tools on the effect of Radiofrequency grid positioning was explored.Results The grid clarity of the gauze ball group was significantly higher than that of the gauze(P<0.001)and cotton swab groups(P<0.01).The adverse skin reactions in the gauze ball group were significantly lower than those in the gauze group(P<0.0125),while there was no statistical significance compared with the cotton swab group(P>0.0125).The operation time of mesh positioning in the gauze ball group was significantly shorter than that in the cotton swab group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the gauze group and the gauze group(P>0.05).Conclusion The gauze ball used by nursing staff has the highest clarity,the shortest operation time and the least adverse skin reactions of patients,which may have a guiding role for clinical Radiofrequency grid positioning.
