摘　　要：随着糖尿病患病率在全球范围内逐渐升高,人口老龄化程度也在不断增加,由多种原因引起的慢性创面,已经成为危害人类健康的一个严峻问题,对社会和家庭都造成了很大的负担。慢性创面的治疗过程中,多采取针对性的综合性治疗手段,包括保守换药治疗等、调节全身营养状态,处理基础疾病、物理和手术治疗。传统敷料功能过于单一,并不能满足慢性创面愈合过程的需要。新型功能性敷料应运而生,新型弥补传统敷料之缺陷,通过总结新型功能性敷料治疗慢性创面的研究进展进行阐述,对临床研究新型功能性敷料提供一些思路和帮助。With the increasing prevalence of diabetes worldwide and the aging of the population,chronic wounds caused by various reasons have become a serious problem that endanges human health and imposes a great burden on society and families.In the treatment of chronic wounds,targeted comprehensive treatment methods are mostly adopted,including conservative dressing change,regulation of systemic nutritional status,treatment of underlying diseases,physical and surgical treatment.Because the functions of gauze and traditional dressings are too single,they cannot meet the needs of the healing process of chronic wounds.New functional dressings have emerged to make up for the defects of traditional dressings.This article summarizes the research progress of new functional dressings in the treatment of chronic wounds,and provides some ideas and help for clinical research on new functional dressings.
