摘　　要：该文研究的目的是更好地服务青少年越野滑雪运动员优秀人才的培养和选拔工作。对青少年越野滑雪运动员的监控指标进行深入研究,运用问卷调查、数据测量等方法手段从形态、机能、素质、生理生化4个方面归纳,筛选出青少年越野滑雪运动应纳入的科学选材指标,为今后青少年越野滑雪运动员选材工作提供理论依据,为推动我国越野滑雪项目的飞速发展作出贡献。The purpose of this project is to better serve the training and selection of young cross-country skiers. The monitoring indicators of young cross-country skiers were studied in depth, and the scientific selection indicators of young cross-country skiers that should be included in the sport were summarized and selected from the four aspects of form, function, quality, physiology and biochemistry by means of questionnaire survey, data measurement, etc., which provided a theoretical basis for the selection of young cross-country skiers in the future and contributed to the rapid development of cross-country skiers in China.
