摘　　要：通备劈挂拳是甘肃省第四批非物质文化遗产代表,属区域内特有的民族传统体育项目。通备劈挂拳在弘扬民族传统文化,加快健康甘肃建设,构建和谐社会,促进民族团结等方面具有重要作用。加快通备劈挂拳又好又快发展,就要重视武德教育,加强技击功能,将其列入学校教学,并制定长远发展规划,注重人才培养,精准施策,合力推进。Tongbei Piguaquan is the fourth batch of representatives of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province,which is a unique regional sports and national traditional sports.Tongbei Piguaquan plays an important role in carrying forward national traditional culture,speeding up the construction of healthy Gansu,building a harmonious society and promoting national unity.To speed up the sound and fast development of Tongbei Piguaquan,we should attach importance to the martial arts ethics education,strengthen the fighting function,include it in school teaching,formulate long-term development plans,pay attention to talent training,implement precise strategies,and jointly promotion.
