摘 要:主要研究了不同纤维素醚(CMC-Na与CMC-Li)同CTAB作为多壁碳纳米管与石墨烯混合导电材料分散剂对导电材料分散性与稳定性差异,及以对应分散后的导电浆料与针叶木浆混合抄造成的导电纸电阻率、撕裂强度、拉毛强度及透气度在内的纸张性能影响。通过测试对比得出,CMC-Li在导电浆料分散性与稳定性,及导电纸撕裂强度与拉毛强度表现最优,而在导电纸电阻率与透气度表现同CMC-Na相当,但所有指标表现均优于CTAB分散剂,同时对导电纸用分散剂筛选提出了建议,以期对纤维素醚生产者及导电纸或导电材料开发者在推荐或筛选分散剂时有所帮助。This paper mainly studied the effects of different cellulose ethers(CMC Na and CMC Li)and CTAB as dispersants of electroconductive materials mixed with multi-wall carbon nanotubes and graphene on the dispersion and stability of electroconductive materials,and the properties of electroconductive paper such as resistivity,tear strength,roughening strength and air permeability caused by the mixing of dispersed electroconductive pulp and softwood pulp.Through the test and comparison,it is concluded that CMC Li performs best in the dispersion and stability of electroconductive slurry,as well as the tearing strength and galling strength of electroconductive paper,while the resistivity and permeability of conductive paper are equivalent to those of CMC Na,but all the performance of others is better than CTAB dispersant.At the same time,suggestions are made on the screening of dispersant for conductive paper,in order to help cellulose ether producers and conductive paper or conductive material developers in recommending or selecting dispersants.
