摘  要:针对旋转机械智能运维实时监测的工作需求,提出一种智能轴承自供电结构。根据电磁感应原理,该轴承结构从其旋转运动中采集电能,通过电压转换装置为轴承的传感器和无线传输组件供电,并将剩余的电能储存在超级电容中;建立有限元模型,通过与试验中不同转速下的有效电压进行对比验证模型的准确性;使用麦克斯韦电磁仿真软件,分析不同拓展环材料、气隙以及磁铁长度对电压值的影响。结果表明:在转速1758 r/min、气隙1.0 mm以及磁铁长度5 mm的条件下,可以得到10.65 V的有效电压以及1.04 W的最大输出功率,能够满足传感器和无线传输组件的正常工作要求。Aimed at working requirements of real-time monitoring of intelligent operation and maintenance of rotating machinery,an self-power supply structure of intelligent bearings is proposed.According to principle of electromagnetic induction,the bearings collects electric energy from rotating motion and supplies power to sensor and wireless transmission components of the bearings through voltage conversion device,and remaining electric energy is stored in super capacitor.The finite element model is established,and the accuracy of model is verified by comparing with effective voltages under different speeds in test.Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software is used to analyze the effects of different expansion ring materials,air gaps and magnet lengths on voltage.The results show that under speed of 1758 r/min,with air gap of 1.0 mm and magnet length of 5 mm,the effective voltage of 10.65 V and maximum output power of 1.04 W can be obtained,meeting normal working requirements of sensor and wireless transmission components.
