摘 要:抗微动磨损性能是衡量乘用车轮毂轴承润滑脂优劣的重要指标,以不同稠化剂配方的聚脲润滑脂为分析对象,采用FALEX微动磨损测试仪测试润滑脂抗微动磨损性能,并从油膜厚度、流变性能等方面分析因稠化剂组成不同造成的抗微动磨损性能差异。结果表明:具有良好的油膜形成能力和油膜稳定性的润滑脂具有更好的抗微动磨损性能;稠化剂结构强度较小、可恢复能力较强、更容易流动的润滑脂的抗微动磨损性能更优。Fretting wear resistance is an important index to measure the quality of greases of hub bearings for passenger cars.Taking polyurea greases with different thickener formulations as analysis objects,FALEX fretting wear tester is used to test the fretting wear resistance of the greases,and the difference of fretting wear resistance caused by different thickener compositions is analyzed from the aspects of oil film thicknesses and rheological properties.The results show that:the grease with good oil film forming ability and oil film stability has better fretting wear resistance;the grease with thickener of smaller structural strength,stronger recovery ability and higher fluidity has better fretting wear resistance.
