摘　　要：Ⅰ型心肾综合征是临床上较为常见的疾病综合征。心脏手术、各种原因引起的急性心力衰竭是引起Ⅰ型心肾综合征的常见原因。目前, 比较公认的发病机制包括交感神经系统以及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的过度激活、肾脏缺血再灌注、炎症反应以及氧化应激等。在目前的研究中, 对于Ⅰ型心肾综合征引起的肾脏损伤, 绝大部分是有关肾小管上皮损伤的相关研究, 肾小球损伤的报道较少;随着研究的不断深入, 肾小球损伤在急性肾损伤发生发展中的重要作用越来越受到关注。该文主要综述Ⅰ型心肾综合征中肾小球损伤的研究进展及未来的研究方向。TypeⅠcardiorenal syndrome is a common disease syndrome in clinic.Cardiac surgery and acute heart failure caused by various causes are common causes of typeⅠcardiorenal syndrome.More recognized pathogenesis includes overactivation of sympathetic nervous system and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,renal ischemia-reperfusion,inflammatory response and oxidative stress.In the current research,most of the renal injuries caused by typeⅠcardiorenal syndrome are related to renal tubular epithelial injury,but there are few reports on glomerular injury.With the continuous in-depth study,more and more people realize that glomerular injury plays an important role in the occurrence and progress of acute renal injury.This paper mainly reviews the research progress and future research direction of glomerular injury in typeⅠcardiorenal syndrome.
