基于CiteSpace和数据挖掘分析中医药治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的文献研究

摘　　要：目的 使用CiteSpace分析中国知网(CNKI)从建库至今(2021年7月25日)中医药治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘(cough variant asthma, CVA)相关文献的特点,并对文献里的中药进行数据挖掘,分析中医药治疗儿童CVA的发展趋势以及用药特点。方法 检索中国知网目前关于中医药治疗儿童CVA的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 5.7.R5W软件分析其时间、期刊、机构等情况,并将结果行可视化展示,使用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0对文献中的药物进行挖掘。结果 共获得663篇文献,主要以期刊文献为主(86%);1995—2019年文献总体呈上升趋势,但2020年以后开始出现波动;机构计数排名分别是黑龙江中医药大学(39篇)、南京中医药大学(29篇)、湖南中医药大学(19篇)、长春中医药大学(18篇)、北京中医药大学(15篇)等;作者计数排名分别是黑龙江中医药大学的王有鹏教授(14篇)、长春中医药大学的冯晓纯教授(12篇)、湖南中医药大学的舒兰教授(9篇)、南京中医药大学的张骠教授(8篇)、南京中医药大学的李江全教授(5篇);突现词分析可知突现强度最大的关键词是“小青龙汤”,突现强度为7.35,突现时间持续长达7年,数据挖掘的方剂组成是加减小青龙汤。结论 中医药治疗儿童CVA一直备受众多学者关注,地域上总体形成了以东北地区为主,华东和华中地区为辅的分布特点;小青龙汤可能是众多学者的关注重点,也可能是未来的研究热点。Objective CiteSpace was used to analyze the characteristics of literature on children cough variant asthma(CVA)treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on CNKI since the database was established(January 1995—July 2021),and the data mining of TCM in the literature was carried out.To analyze the development trend and medication characteristics of CVA in children treated by TCM.Methods The current literature on the treatment of CVA by TCM in children was retrieved from CNKI.The time,journals and institutions were analyzed by using CiteSpace 5.7.R5 W software,and the results were visualized.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to mine the drugs in the literature.Results A total of 665 articles were retrieved,mainly in journals,accounting for 86%.From 1995 to 2019,the literature generally showed an upward trend,but after 2020,it began to fluctuate,but still showed an upward trend.The organization count rankings were Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine(39 articles),Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(29 articles),Hunan University of Chinese Medicine(19 articles),Changchun University of Chinese Medicine(18 articles),Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(15 articles).The author count rankings were Professor WANG Youpeng from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine(14 articles),Professor FENG Xiaochun from Changchun University of Chinese Medicine(12 articles),Professor SHU Lan from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine(9 articles),Professor ZHANG Pu from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(8 articles),and Professor LI Jiangquan from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(5 articles)ranked the first in the number of authors.According to the analysis of emergent words,the key word with the largest emergent intensity was“Xiaoqinglong Decoction(小青龙汤)”,the emergent intensity was 7.35 and the emergent time lasted as long as 7 years.The data mining showed that the prescription was Modified Xiaoqinglong decoction.Conclusion TCM treatment of CVA in children has been paid much attention by many scholars
