基于“心主神明”理论治疗双心疾病的取穴探讨

摘　　要：目的 分析基于“心主神明”理论治疗双心病取穴思路。作者认为穴之设以攻疾,当广集奇穴,深明穴理,以穴之偏性,攻病之患。方法 采用文献考证法,比较研究法,先就治疗心血管疾病与神志病的数据挖掘文献研究进行归纳,总结出常用腧穴,并对基于“心主神明”理论的双心病取穴规律整理分析,查阅《黄帝内经》《针灸甲乙经》等古籍并从用穴之义与用穴之伍两方面阐明相关腧穴的源流。结果 心系疾患和神志病症中治疗腧穴多出自经脉心包经,胃经与脾经,使用频数高的穴位为内关、百会、足三里、三阴交和太冲。结论 在针灸治疗双心病过程中基于“心主神明”理论采用的内关、百会、足三里、三阴交和太冲五穴,巧以相伍、朗若列眉,诚能据其病势而扬其穴威,可起养血益心,舒张安神之效。Objective To analyze the idea of acupoint selection in the treatment of double heart disease based on the theory of “heart governing the spirits”.The author agrees that the acupoints should be set properly to attack the disease, when a wide range of important acupoints should be collected, the theory of acupoints should be understood, and the partial impact of the acupoints would be used to attack the disease.Methods Literature textual research method and comparative research method were used.Firstly, the treatment of cardiovascular disease and mental disease data mining literature was sorted, and the common acupoints were summarized.Based on the theory of “the heart governing the spirits”,the law of acupoints selection for treating double heart disease was analyzed.Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor,A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and other ancient books were consulted, and the origin of relevant meaning and the mutual compatibility of acupoints were clarified.Results Acupoints for the treatment of heart diseases and mental disorders are mainly from pericardium, stomach and spleen meridians, and the acupoints with high frequency are Neiguan(PC6),Baihui(GV20),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Taichong(LV3).Conclusion Neiguan(PC6),Baihui(GV20),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Taichong(LV3),which were used in the treatment based on the theory of “heart governing the spirit”,could cooperate with each other to enhance the effect of the acupoints, and nourish heart and blood, relax and calm the mind.
