参仙升脉口服液联合隔盐灸治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效及对动态心电图和窦房结相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析参仙升脉口服液联合隔盐灸治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效及对动态心电图和窦房结相关指标的影响。方法 研究对象为在该院接受治疗的病态窦房结综合征患者,共选取72例作为本次的研究对象,均在2020年8月—2021年7月入院。通过盲盒抽取组别编号的方式将72例患者平均分为两组,分别是采用参仙升脉口服液治疗的对照组与在该基础增加隔盐灸治疗的研究组。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、动态心电图指标(24 h总心率、最快心率、最慢心率、平均心率)、阿托品试验最大心率变化情况(最大心率及最大心率达到用时)、窦房结功能指标(窦房结恢复时间、校正后窦房结恢复时间、窦房结传导时间)、血清N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-proBNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、不良反应发生率。结果 两组之间治疗前,关于心电图指标、阿托品试验最大心率变化情况、窦房结功能指标、血清NT-proBNP、hsCRP的比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后均得到了显著改善(P<0.05),但是治疗后研究组的上述4项心电图指标、阿托品试验最大心率均高于对照组(P<0.05),阿托品试验最大心率达到用时短于对照组(P<0.05),上述3项窦房结功能指标短于对照组(P<0.05),血清NT-proBNP、hsCRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组间的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在病态窦房结综合征患者的治疗中采用参仙升脉口服液联合隔盐灸治疗,可有效改善患者的心电图指标与窦房结功能指标,增强患者的心功能,对提升临床疗效有显著作用,并且该治疗方式的安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid(参仙升脉口服液)combined with moxibustion with salt on sick sinus syndrome and its influence on dynamic electrocardiogram and indexes related to sinus node.Methods The subjects of this study were 72 patients with sick sinus syndrome who were treated in the hospital,all of whom were hospitalized from August 2020 to July 2021.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by blind box selection,one of which was the control group treated with Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid,and the study group added moxibustion with salt on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,the changes of dynamic electrocardiogram indexes(24 h total heart rate,fastest heart rate,slowest heart rate and average heart rate),the changes of atropine test(maximum heart rate and time of reaching the maximum heart rate),the changes of sinus node function indexes(sinus node recovery time,corrected sinus node recovery time and sinus node conduction time),serum levels of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in electrocardiogram index,maximum heart rate change of atropine test,sinus node function index,serum levels of NT-proBNP or hsCRP(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes of patients in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).However,compared with those of the control group,the above four ECG indexes and the maximum heart rate of atropine test were higher(P<0.05),the time of reaching the maximum heart rate in atropine test was shorter(P<0.05),the above three sinus node function indexes were shorter(P<0.05),and the levels of NT-proBNP and hsCRP were lower in the study group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05
