肌骨超声观察浮针联合洪拳功法治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的 运用肌骨超声观察浮针治疗早中期风寒湿痹型退行性膝骨关节炎的患者膝关节周围组织变化情况以及该治疗的临床应用疗效。方法 将佛山市中医院三水医院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组采用具有岭南洪拳特色的功能训练配合浮针疗法,对照组仅采用功法训练,对比两组治疗前后以及两组间患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分以及膝关节周围组织变化作为观察指标。结果 经治疗后试验组患者的VAS评分、WOMAC评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组患者股直肌厚度较对照组增加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者膝关节积液较减少情况较对照组更佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 浮针结合具有岭南洪拳特色的功能训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果优于单纯功法训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,对提高膝关节骨性关节炎的临床诊断和治疗效果有一定的参考价值。Objective This study used muscle bone ultrasound to observe the tissue changes around the knee joint in early-term degenerative knee osteoarthritis and the clinical effect of the treatment.Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Sanshui Hospital of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The experimental group used functional training with Lingnan Hongquan characteristics and floating needle therapy.The control group only used functional training.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score, osteoarthritis index of Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)score and changes in tissues around the knee joint of patients before and after treatment and between the two groups were compared as observation indicators.Results The VAS and WOMAC scores were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01).The femoral thickness was significant(P<0.05)and knee effusion was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Floating needle combined with Hongquan training is better than the other way.And it has some reference value to improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of knee osteoarthritis.
