中药“连柏”巴布剂对实验性湿疹治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨“连柏”巴布剂对慢性湿疹模型动物的治疗作用,以及原剂型“连柏”洗剂的药效差异,以期为巴布剂临床使用上提供理论依据。方法 以2,4-二硝基氯苯法建立慢性湿疹模型,以皮肤肿胀度、真皮炎性细胞数为检测指标,观察“连柏”巴布剂,对动物慢性湿疹的治疗作用,并与原洗剂进行比较。结果 “连柏”巴布剂能够有效减轻实验动物慢性湿疹皮肤的肿胀度,并可有效减少实验动物真皮炎性细胞数;且“连柏”巴布剂的作用优于“连柏”洗剂。结论 “连柏”巴布剂对慢性湿疹模型动物有明显治疗作用,其作用机制可能是通过减少动物湿疹真皮炎炎症实现。Objective To study the effect of Lianbai Cataplasm(“连柏”巴布剂)in the treatment of experimental chronic eczema in mice.Methods The chronic eczema model was established with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene method,and the therapeutic effect of Lianbai Cataplasm on chronic eczema in animals was observed with the skin swelling degree and the number of true dermatitis cells as detection indicators,and compared with the original lotion.Results Lianbai Cataplasm can effectively reduce the swelling degree of chronic eczema skin in experimental animals and effectively reduce the number of inflammatory cells in the dermis of experimental animals.And Lianbai Cataplasm is better than Lianbai Lotion.Conclusion Lianbai Cataplasm has obvious therapeutic effect on chronic eczema model animals,and its mechanism of action may be achieved by reducing the inflammation of eczema dermatitis in animals.
