摘  要:对比分析了我国两家制造厂(A厂、B厂)生产的反应堆压力容器(RPV)钢金相组织、显微硬度及宏观力学性能,并将试验结果与RCC-M2000+2002(补遗)规范要求进行比较。结果表明,A厂生产的RPV钢的显微组织为贝氏体铁素体和岛状组织,而B厂生产的RPV钢显微组织相对多出了大量的多边形铁素体,初步分析是由于淬火时的冷却速度较低所导致的,应在生产过程中予以避免、改进;同时A厂生产的RPV钢杂质元素相对偏高,应着重改进铸锭冶炼工艺。A、B两厂生产的RPV钢化学成分及宏观力学性能均符合RCC-M2000+2002(补遗)要求,满足工程上RPV使用所需的性能要求,因此证明了国内RPV的生产制造水平能够满足我国核电工业的发展需求。The metallographic microstructure, microhardness and macro-mechanical properties of reactor pressure vessel(RPV) steel produced by two Chinese manufacturing plants(plant A and plant B) were compared and analyzed, and the experimental results were compared with the requirements of RCC-M2000 +2002(addendum). The results show that the microstructure of the RPV steel produced by plant A consists of bainite ferrite and island structure, while relatively large amounts of ploygonal ferrites appear in RPV steel produced by plant B. According to preliminary analysis, this is caused by the low cooling rate during quenching process, which should be avoided and improved in the manufacturing process. At the same time, the RPV steel produced by plant A has relatively high impurity elements and thus plant A should focus on improving ingot smelting process. However, the chemical composition and mechanical properties of RPV steel produced by plant A and plant B all meet the requirements of RCC-M2000+2002(addendum) and the performance requirements of RPV engineering applications. Therefore, it proves that the domestic RPV manufacturing level can meet the development requirements of China’s nuclear power industry.
