摘 要:为了指导退火消除Zr-4板材的残余应力,以冷轧后的Zr-4板材为原材料,通过退火试验制备出不同残余应力的Zr-4板材,用X射线仪测得板材退火前后的残余应力。结合传统幂指数模型,创新性建立与时间相关的Zr-4板材退火过程残余应力衰减模型;通过该模型代入ABAQUS有限元软件进行计算,获得Zr-4板材各部位的残余应力衰减规律曲线。结果表明,模拟计算各点的残余应力值与试验测试残余应力值相差20%以内。In order to guide the eliminating residual stress of Zr-4 sheets by annealing, the cold rolled zr-4 sheets were raw materials, Zr-4 sheets with different residual stresses were prepared by annealing experiment, and the residual stresses before and after annealing were measured by X-ray apparatus. Combined with the traditional power exponential model, the time-dependent residual stress decay model of Zr-4 plate annealing process was innovatively established. The model was inserted into ABAQUS finite element software, the residual stress decay curve of Zr-4 plate was obtained. The results show that the residual stress value of each point is within 20% different from the test value.
