摘 要:双室真空油淬炉淬火时,由于零件在长时间转移过程而导致淬火硬度不达标,对薄壁小尺寸零件的淬火影响尤其大。为解决该问题,针对T9A钢带专门制作了一套淬火工装。结果表明,采用淬火工装使T9A钢带在真空炉淬火转移过程中减少了温度损失,当浸入淬火油中可使钢带快速冷却。T9A钢带采用该工装进行淬火,与不采用工装在真空炉中直接淬火相比,T9A钢带的淬火平均硬度均得到提高,而且T9A钢带的淬火硬度均达到≥850 HV的要求。When quenching in double-chamber vacuum oil quenching furnace, the quenching hardness of the parts is not standard due to the long time transfer process, especially the quenching of thin wall small parts. To solve this problem, a quenching tooling was specially made for T9A steel strip. The results show that, using quenching tooling, the T9A strip reduces temperature loss during vacuum furnace quenching transfer. When immersed in the quenching oil, the steel strip can cool down quickly. The T9A strip is quenched with this tooling, as compared with direct quenching without tooling in a vacuum furnace, the quenching average hardness of T9A strip is improved, and the quenching hardness of T9A strip reaches the requirement of 850 HV.
