摘  要:目的分析全身运动质量(GMs)评估和婴儿运动表现测试(TIMP)在高危儿应用中的一致性。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年6月在该院随访的高危儿,选择在同一天就诊时间内完成GMs评估和TIMP的研究对象共246例,分析两种方法的一致性。结果GMs扭动运动阶段评估为异常的比例明显高于TIMP评为异常的比例(P<0.05),GMs不安运动阶段评估为异常的比例明显低于TIMP评为异常的比例(P<0.05)。GMs扭动运动和不安运动阶段评估为异常组的TIMP评分Z值明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。GMs扭动运动、不安运动阶段评估与TIMP一致性一般(Kappa=0.302、0.229,P<0.05)。结论GMs评估与TIMP有一定相关性,联合应用可更全面评估高危儿脑损伤风险。Objective To analyze the consistency of application of general movements(GMs)assessment and the test of infant motor performance(TIMP)in high-risk infants.Methods The high-risk infants followed up in this hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 246 subjects completing the GMs assessment and TIMP scoring within the same day of visit were selected.The consistency between the two methods was analyzed.Results The proportion of GMs writhing movement stage as abnormality by evaluation was significantly higher than that of TIMP(P<0.05),and the proportion of GMS uneasy stage as abnormality by evaluation was significantly lower than that of TIMP(P<0.05).The Z-value of TIMP score in the abnormal group with writhing movement stage and uneasy movement stage by evaluation was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The consistency between GMs writhing movement stage and uneasy movement stage evaluation with TIMP was fair(Kappa=0.302,0.229,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the GMs assessment and TIMP,and their combined application could assess the risk of brain injury in high-risk infants more comprehensively.
