摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病慢性并发症中较为严重的一种,治疗难度大,住院时间长,创面愈合缓慢,致残、致死率高。随着对DFU机制研究的逐渐深入,以富血小板血浆(PRP)为代表的血小板浓缩物被广泛应用于临床,其具有制备方法简单、费用较低、抗感染能力强、缩短创面愈合时间等优势,已成为治疗DFU重要的辅助方法之一。目前国内PRP制备方法较多,各单位所使用的制备参数各不相同,缺乏统一标准,导致所制备的PRP制品中血小板含量差异较大、临床疗效参差不齐。因此,该文就PRP的制备、DFU创面愈合困难的原因、PRP促进DFU愈合的机制及相关研究进展进行综述。Diabetes foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the more serious chronic complications of diabetes,which is difficult to treat,and has long hospital stay,slow wound healing,and high disability and death rate.With the gradual deepening of the study on the mechanism of diabetes foot ulcer,the platelet concentrate represented by platelet-rich plasma(PRP)has been widely used in clinic,which has the advantages of simple preparation method,low cost,strong anti-infection ability,shortening wound healing time and so on.It has become one of the important auxiliary methods for the treatment of DFU.At present,there are many domestic PRP preparation methods,the preparation parameters used by various units are different,and there is a lack of unified standards,resulting in large differences in platelet content in the prepared PRP products and uneven clinical efficacy.Therefore,this article reviews the preparation of PRP,the causes of DFU wound healing difficulties,the mechanism of PRP promoting DFU healing and related research progress.
