我国学术型教育学研究生培养管理中存在的问题及对策

摘  要:研究生教育处于高等教育的最高层,对我国社会发展进步起着重要作用。受当前就业形势与教育政策等因素影响,教育学研究生考试报名人数与录取人数呈现逐年上升的趋势。以学术型教育学研究生培养的现状与问题为研究对象,提出要形成学生专业知识与学术素养内外兼修的课程模式、加强导师能力及队伍建设、更新学生就业理念,为构建新型学术型教育学研究生培养体系提供参考。Postgraduate education is at the highest level of higher education and plays an important role in the development and progress of our society.Influenced by the current employment situation and educational policies,the number of applicants and enrollees for the postgraduate education examination has shown a rising trend year by year.Taking the current situation and problems of the cultivation of academic pedagogy graduate students as the research object,this paper proposes to form a curriculum model of students'professional knowledge and academic literacy,strengthen the ability of tutors and team building,and update the concept of students'employment,so as to provide reference for the construction of a new academic pedagogy graduate training system.
