摘　　要：布依族老人治理由来已久,在传统乡土社会中依靠传统权威维系村落正常生产运作。新中国成立以来,乡村在工业化、现代化及市场经济冲击下,逐渐原子化、个体化发展,日益成为一个利益共同体社会。目前,板万村老人协会在现代乡村治理中依然发挥着调解纠纷与寨内公共事务治理、主持仪式与寨内传统文化传承等积极功能。在日渐异质化的乡村社会,老人协会在参与乡村治理实践中面临社会认同不足、治理主体地位缺失、职权不对等、组织松散等困境。需构建乡村治理共同体,为其提供良好的发展与参与环境,从保障制度供给、完善权力运行机制、促进与基层政府合作、组织培育等方面提出建议,以推进老人协会的现代治理转型。The governance of the Buyi elderly has a long history,relying on the traditional authority to maintain the normal production and operation of the village in the traditional local society.Since the founding of New China,under the impact of industrialization,modernization and market economy,the countryside has gradually become atomized and individualized,and has increasingly become a community of interests society.At present,Banwan Village Elderly Association still plays a positive role in modern rural governance,such as mediation of disputes and governance of public affairs in the village,presiding over ceremonies and inheritance of traditional culture in the village.In the increasingly heterogeneous rural society,the Association of the Elderly faces difficulties such as insufficient social identity,lack of governance subject status,unequal authority,and loose organization in participating in rural governance practice.It is necessary to build a community of rural governance,provide a good environment for its development and participation,and put forward suggestions from the aspects of ensuring the supply of systems,improving the power operation mechanism,promoting cooperation with grass-roots governments,and organizational cultivation,so as to promote the transformation of modern governance of the elderly association.
