摘　　要：近年来,人民币国际化一直作为我国重要的发展战略,人民币国际化的重要产物CIPS(人民币跨境支付系统)也不断完善,为我国“一带一路”合作倡议的顺利推进发挥重要作用。本文通过对CIPS现状及“一带一路”国家间贸易规模分析,认为CIPS在“一带一路”倡议中发挥了推进人民币国际化程度、对冲汇率波动风险、有效应对金融风险等方面作用,为促进CIPS的完善可以采取加强与各清算行之间的互利合作,重视跨境支付人才培养,重视CIPS服务能力和水平的提升等措施。以期使CIPS更有力地促进“一带一路”国家经济合作深化,推进我国金融业开放和加快人民币国际化进程。In recent years,RMB internationalization has been an important development strategy for China,and the CIPS(Cross Border Payment System),an important product of the RMB internationalization,has been continuously improved to play an important role in the smooth promotion of China's"One Belt,One Road"cooperation initiative.This paper analyses the current situation of CIPS and the scale of trade among the"Belt and Road"countries,and concludes that CIPS has played a role in the"Belt and Road"initiative in promoting the RMB internationalization,hedging the risk of exchange rate fluctuations and effectively coping with financial risks.To promote the improvement of CIPS,measures can be taken to strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation with various clearing banks,such as attaching importance to the training of cross-border payment talents and enhancing the capability and level of CIPS services,thereby more effectively promoting the deepening of economic cooperation among the"Belt and Road"countries and promoting the opening up of China's financial industry and accelerating RMB internationalization.
