高校数字图书馆用户满意度研究

摘  要:为了提升高校数字图书馆建设水平,必须找到优化数字图书馆的落脚点和出发点。整合D&M模型和TAM模型,采用结构方程模型法和问卷调查法,探究影响数字图书馆满意度的影响因素。结果表明:信息质量、服务质量、网站设计、技术保障、感知享乐性、感知易用性、感知有用性均正向显著影响用户满意度;感知有用性是信息质量与用户满意度的中介;感知易用性在技术保障、网站设计与用户满意度的关系中起中介作用;感知享乐性在服务质量与用户满意度关系中起中介作用;个体因素在感知有用性与用户满意度之间起到调节作用。In order to improve the construction of digital libraries in universities,it is essential to find the landing point and starting point for optimizing digital libraries.This paper integrates the D&M model and TAM model,and adopts the structural equation modelling method and questionnaire survey method to explore the influencing factors affecting the satisfaction of digital libraries.The results show that information quality,service quality,website design,technical assurance,perceived enjoyment,perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness all positively and significantly influence user satisfaction;perceived usefulness mediates the relationship between information quality and user satisfaction;perceived ease of use mediates the relationship between technical assurance,website design and user satisfaction;perceived enjoyment mediates the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction;individual factors play a role in the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction;individual factors play a moderating role in the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction.
