摘　　要：新加坡是少有的建国史只有几十年的发达国家,作为亚洲四小龙之一,以经济发展为中心历来是其国家现代化进程中的核心,且其高速的经济发展是推动其在全球拥有话语权地位的关键。新加坡政府独立建国以来,始终以经济发展优先的理念作为做出各决策与实施各政策的前提,并为促进国家的经济建设,政府在行政改革中竭力发挥功能,打造出新加坡独有的经济发展模式。因此,探究新加坡经济大发展的影响因素,作为主导因子的新加坡政府的研究是不可回避的。本文从新加坡经济成长的基础出发,探究其政府在国家经济建设的不同阶段中的行动,以及政府不同的行动对其经济发展所产生的作用,并试图回应新加坡政府在国家经济发展中的趋势。Singapore is one of the few developed countries with only a few decades of history,and as one of the Four Little Dragons of Asia,economic development has always been at the heart of its modernisation process,and its rapid economic development has been the key to its position as a global voice.Since its independence,the Singapore government has always prioritised economic development as a prerequisite for making decisions and implementing policies,and has made every effort to function in administrative reforms to promote the country's economic development,creating a model of economic development that is unique to Singapore.As such,the study of the Singapore government as the dominant factor is inevitable in exploring the factors that have influenced Singapore's economic growth.This article looks at the foundations of Singapore's economic growth,explores the actions of its government in the different stages of the nation's economic construction,and the role that different government actions have had on its economic development,and attempts to respond to the trends in the Singapore government's role in the nation's economic development.
