摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,我国的人口年龄结构发生偏转,老龄化现象进一步突显,由此带来的问题也不断增加。在社会经济发展方面的表现之一则是国民退休年龄与时代要求的矛盾性逐步凸显,如何克服由此带来的消极影响也成了一个重要的命题。本文通过对现行的退休政策背景进行分析,进而探究延迟退休年龄政策的进步意义和发展困境,最后,从环境优化、制度整合、财税帮扶、服务建设为延迟退休年龄政策的落实提出可行化建议措施。Since the beginning of the 21st century,the age structure of China's population has been deflected,the aging phenomenon has been further highlighted,and the problems brought about by this have also increased.One of the manifestations in social and economic development is that the contradiction between the national retirement age and the requirements of the times has gradually become prominent,and how to overcome the negative impact brought by this has also become an important proposition.By analyzing the background of the current retirement policy,this paper then explores the progressive significance and development dilemma of the policy of delaying the retirement age,and finally puts forward feasible measures for the implementation of the policy of delaying the retirement age from the perspective of environmental optimization,system integration,fiscal and tax assistance,and service construction.
