摘 要:进入移动互联新时期,在外资银行不断抢占传统个人金融高端市场份额,互联网金融抢占移动支付先机,蚕食借贷、理财等银行业务的情况下,商业银行个人金融可谓内忧外患。借助我国商业银行个人金融业务在个金产品、市场经营环境、品牌经营三方面与外国银行对比,再将传统支付结算、借贷、理财与互联网金融横向比对,分析我国传统商业银行在线下传统领域以及线上移动互联领域的不足。最后给出商业银行个人金融业务发展的相关建议,以期帮助国内商业银行突破个人金融业务的瓶颈,取得更好的发展。In the new era of mobile Internet,in the case of foreign Banks constantly seizing the high-end market share of traditional personal finance,Internet finance preempting mobile payment market and encroaching the banking business such as lending and wealth management,the personal finance of commercial banks face internal and external challenges.This paper compares the personal finance business of China's commercial banks with foreign banks from the three aspects of personal finance products,market operation environment,and brand operation;and also compares traditional payment and settlement,lending,financial management with Internet finance.Then,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and backwardness of the traditional commercial banks in line-to-line traditional field and the online mobile interconnection field.Finally,some suggestions are put forward on the development of personal financial business of commercial banks to help domestic commercial banks break through the bottleneck of personal financial business and achieve better development.
