经皮穴位电刺激联合参苓白术散在胃肠肿瘤全麻术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究经皮穴位电刺激联合参苓白术散在胃肠肿瘤全麻术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的160例胃肠肿瘤全麻术后患者作为研究对象,遵循随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,各80例。参照组开展常规术后干预,研究组开展经皮穴位电刺激联合参苓白术散干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果研究组的肛门排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的缩胆囊素(CCK)、内毒素(ET)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(DLA)水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮穴位电刺激联合参苓白术散应用于胃肠肿瘤全麻术后患者中,可有效改善炎性因子水平,减少不良反应,促进胃肠功能恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with Shenling Baizhu powder in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after general anesthesia.Methods A total of 160 patients with gastrointestinal tumors after general anesthesia admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into reference group and research group by random number table method,with80 cases in each group.The reference group carried out conventional postoperative intervention,and the research group carried out transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with Shenling Baizhu powde intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The anal exhaust time,anal defecation time and bowel sound recovery time of the research group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of cholecystokinin(CCK),endomycin(ET),diamine oxidase(DAO)and D-lactate(DLA)in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with Shenling Baizhu powder applied in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after general anesthesia can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the adverse reactions and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
