益气化痰活血汤对肺癌术后患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的观察益气化痰活血汤对肺癌术后患者的干预效果。方法采用随机数字表法将90例肺癌手术患者分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组术后采取吉西他滨+顺铂化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气化痰活血汤。比较两组的临床疗效、中医症状评分、炎症因子水平、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项中医症状评分及C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的癌症治疗功能评价系统普适量表(FACT-G)各维度评分及总分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化痰活血汤可提高肺癌术后患者的临床效果,减轻临床症状及机体炎症反应,改善生活质量,减少不良反应。Objective To observe the intervention effect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue decoction on postoperative patients with lung cancer.Methods Ninety patients underwent lung cancer surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gemcitabine+cisplatin chemotherapy after operation,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huatan Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores,levels of inflammatory factors,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups decreased significantly,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Generic Scale(FACT-G)and total score of the two groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huatan Huoxue decoction can improve the clinical effect of postoperative patients with lung cancer,reduce clinical symptoms and body inflammatory reaction,promote quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions.
