附子理中丸联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗2型糖尿病性腹泻(脾肾阳虚证)的效果及对胃肠道微生态、炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨附子理中丸联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗2型糖尿病性腹泻(脾肾阳虚证)的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年6月收治的80例2型糖尿病性腹泻(脾肾阳虚证)患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规降糖治疗加双歧杆菌四联活菌片,观察组在对照组基础上给予附子理中丸。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量高于对照组,大肠杆菌、肠球菌含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、降钙素原(PCT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论附子理中丸联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗2型糖尿病性腹泻(脾肾阳虚证)的效果满意,可调节胃肠道微生态,改善炎症指标,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Fuzi Lizhong pills combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetic diarrhea(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome).Methods From May 2020 to June2021,80 patients with type 2 diabetic diarrhea(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional hypoglycemic therapy and Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets,the observation group given Fuzi Lizhong pills on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the contents of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the contents of Escherichia Coli and Enterococcus were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-2(IL-2)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzi Lizhong pills combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes diarrhea(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)has a satisfactory effect,which can regulate gastrointestinal microecology,improve inflammatory indexes.
