中药复元汤结合常规西药对缺血性脑卒中患者NIHSS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中药复元汤结合常规西药对缺血性脑卒中患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的影响。方法选取我院2019年3月至2021年3月收治的82例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法将其分为对照组(n=41,常规西药治疗)与研究组(n=41,中药复元汤结合常规西药治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的NIHSS评分及内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B_(2)(TXB_(2))水平均低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100β)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药复元汤结合常规西药治疗缺血性脑卒中可改善患者的神经功能,调节血管内皮功能与血清指标。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Fuyuan decoction combined with conventional western medicine on National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 82 patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=41,conventional western medicine treatment)and study group(n=41,traditional Chinese medicine Fuyuan decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment)by computer blind selection method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score and the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1),thromboxane B_(2)(TXB_(2))in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),neuron specific enolase(NSE)and central nerve specific protein(S100β)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Fuyuan decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke can improve the neurological function of patients,regulate the vascular endothelial function and serum indicators.
