精细护理对复杂性肾结石患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析精细护理对复杂性肾结石患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法选择本院2018年3月至2021年3月接收的160例复杂性肾结石患者,采用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取精细护理。比较两组的术后疼痛程度、心理状态、生活质量以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后24、48 h的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后24、48 h的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后半年的生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细护理在复杂性肾结石患者中的应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the effects of fine nursing on postoperative degree of pain and quality of life of patients with complex renal calculi.Methods A total of 160 patients with complex renal calculi received in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number grouping method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received fine nursing.The degree of postoperative pain,psychological status,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score in the observation group at 24 and 48 h after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group at 24 and 48 h after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group half a year after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing in patients with complex renal calculi has a significant application effect.
