基于赋权理论的过渡期护理结合间歇充气加压疗法对老年骨折术后凝血功能及下肢深静脉血栓、压力性损伤发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于赋权理论的过渡期护理结合间歇充气加压疗法在老年骨折术后的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月我院收治的200例老年骨折手术患者,以数字表法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上应用基于赋权理论的过渡期护理结合间歇充气加压疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预1个月后,观察组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均长于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的下肢深静脉血栓总发生率、压力性损伤总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于赋权理论的过渡期护理结合间歇充气加压疗法有助于促进老年骨折手术患者凝血功能改善,降低下肢深静脉血栓、压力性损伤发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of transitional nursing based on empowering theory combined with intermittent pneumatic compression therapy after elderly fracture surgery.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with fracture surgery admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received transitional nursing based on empowering theory combined with intermittent pneumatic compression therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of intervention,prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and fibrinogen(FIB)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of deep venous thrombosis,pressure injury in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transitional nursing based on empowering theory combined with intermittent pneumatic compression therapy is helpful to improve coagulation function and reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and pressure injury in elderly patients with fracture surgery.
