摘　　要：目的:探讨氯丙嗪类中毒昏迷而无惊厥者的抢救过程。方法:收集2020年3月—2022年3月本院收治的101例氯丙嗪类中毒昏迷的患者作为观察对象,分析患者临床特征及治疗方式。结果:101例氯丙嗪类中毒昏迷而无惊厥患者中男性多于女性,年龄集中于5~45岁,以高中学历居多,药物剂量以3~4 g居多,以轻度昏迷居多,临床多表现为瞳孔缩小、中毒后身体由低热逐渐转变为高热;所有患者经过治疗脱离生命危险,其中68例患者经过洗胃以及对症治疗脱离了生命危险,27例患者进行了洗胃联合血流灌注,6例患者进行了洗胃+血流灌注+中枢兴奋剂等治疗;治疗时间为6~24 h,平均治疗时间为(12.39±2.15)h;苏醒时间为3~8小时,平均苏醒时间为(4.93±1.01)h。结论:关注女性心理的同时也要重点关注男性心理状态,同时要注意药物放置的位置,防止儿童误服,准确诊断后采用适当的方式抢救氯丙嗪类中毒患者。Objective:To explore the rescue process of chlorpromazine poisoning in coma without convulsions.Methods:A total of 101 patients with chlorpromazine poisoning and coma admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022were collected as observation objects,and the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of the patients were analyzed.Results:There were more males than females in 101 cases of chlorpromazine poisoning coma without convulsion.The age was concentrated in 5-45 years old,and most of them had high school education.The drug dosage was mostly 3-4 g,and most of them had mild coma.The clinical manifestations were pupil narrowing,and the body gradually changed from low fever to high fever after poisoning.All patients were out of life risk after treatment,68 patients were out of life risk after gastric lavage and symptomatic treatment,27 patients underwent gastric lavage combined with blood perfusion,6 patients underwent gastric lavage+blood perfusion + central stimulant treatment;the treatment time was 6-24 h,and the average treatment time was(12.39±2.15) h;the recovery time was 3-8 hours,and the average recovery time was(4.93±1.01) h.Conclusion:Pay attention to the psychological state of men while paying attention to women’s psychology.Pay attention to the location of the drug to prevent children from taking it by mistake.At the same time,after accurate diagnosis,appropriate methods are used to rescue patients with chlorpromazine poisoning.
