摘　　要：目的:探讨肠内外营养支持在胃肠肿瘤术后快速康复中的作用。方法:选择我院肿瘤科2021年1~12月收治的70例胃肠肿瘤手术患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和实验组(35例)。对照组行常规护理,实验组行肠内外营养支持,比较两组康复效果、营养状况和并发症发生情况。结果:实验组排便时间、首次下床活动时间、排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后前白蛋白、前蛋白及转铁蛋白高于干预前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为5.71%,与对照组的17.14%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃肠肿瘤术后快速康复中开展肠内外营养支持所获康复效果较好,营养状况得到改善,且并发症发生率少。Objective:To explore the effect of parenteral and parenteral nutrition support in rapid recovery after gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods:A total of 70 patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery who were admitted to the Department of Oncology of our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(35 cases) and the experimental group(35cases),the control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received parenteral and parenteral nutrition support.The rehabilitation effect,nutritional status and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The defecation time,first ambulation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,prealbumin,preprotein and transferrin in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.71%,which was compared with 17.14% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enteral and parenteral nutrition support in rapid recovery after gastrointestinal tumor surgery can achieve better rehabilitation effect,improved nutritional status,and with less incidence of complications.
