视听转移在左旋多巴联合精氨酸激发试验前的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨视听转移干预在矮小症左旋多巴联合精氨酸激发试验前患儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年6月实施左旋多巴联合精氨酸激发试验的矮小症患儿86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组43例,对照组试验前予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,予以视听转移干预。比较两组患儿干预前、后负性情绪[儿童抑郁量表(CDI)、儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)]、生命体征[平均动脉压(MAP)、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)]变化及激发试验配合度。结果:观察组干预后CDI、SASC评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后MAP、RR、HR水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组激发试验配合优良率为97.67%,高于对照组的83.72%(P<0.05)。结论:视听转移干预能改善矮小症左旋多巴联合精氨酸激发试验前患儿负性情绪,保障患儿生命体征稳定,提高患儿激发试验配合度,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of audiovisual transfer intervention in nursing of children with short stature before levodopa combined with arginine challenge test.Methods:A total of 86 children with short stature who underwent levodopa combined with arginine challenge test from Mar 2021 to Jun 2022 were selected as the study subjects,divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing before the test,and the observation group received audiovisual transfer intervention on the basis of the control group.The changes of negative emotions[Children’s Depression Inventory(CDI)and Children’s Social Anxiety Scale(SASC)],vital signs[mean arterial pressure(MAP),respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR)]before and after the intervention and the cooperation of provocation test were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of CDI and SASC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MAP,RR and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of excitation test in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Audiovisual transfer intervention can improve the negative emotions of children with short stature before the levodopa combined with arginine challenge test,ensure the stability of the vital signs of the children,and improve the cooperation of the children with the challenge test,which is worthy of promotion.
