盆腔彩超动态评估曲普瑞林治疗中枢性性早熟女童效果的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探究盆腔彩超动态评估中枢性性早熟(CPP)女童曲普瑞林治疗效果的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月温州医科大学附属第三医院收治的经曲普瑞林治疗的CPP女童患儿82例作为研究组,另外选取同期体检结果为正常性发育的女童40例作为对照组。两组均行盆腔彩超动态检查,比较两组盆腔彩超相关参数,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析盆腔彩超动态评估曲普瑞林治疗CPP女童疗效的工作效能。结果:研究组卵巢长径、卵巢容积、子宫容积、卵泡最大径及个数均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组子宫长径、子宫体厚度/子宫颈厚度(FCR)以及双侧阴道壁厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后卵巢长径、卵巢容积、子宫容积、卵泡最大径及卵泡个数低于治疗前(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,联合盆腔彩超参数评估的AUC及敏感度均高于各单项盆腔彩超参数(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔彩超动态评估CPP女童曲普瑞林治疗效果的临床价值较高,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical value of pelvic color ultrasound in dynamic evaluation of the treatment effect of tripriline in girls with central precocious puberty(CPP).Methods:From January 2019 to January 2022,82 girls with CPP treated with tripraline in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the study group,and 40 girls with normal sexual development were selected as the control group.The parameters of pelvic color Doppler ultrasound were compared between the two groups,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to analyze the working efficiency of pelvic color Doppler ultrasound to evaluate the efficacy of triprelin in the treatment of girls with CPP.Results:The ovarian length diameter,ovarian volume,uterine volume,maximum diameter and number of follicles in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in uterine length,uterine body thickness/cervical thickness(FCR) and bilateral vaginal wall thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study group,the ovarian length diameter,ovarian volume,uterine volume,follicle maximum diameter and the number of follicles of after treatment were lower than those of before treatment(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC and sensitivity of combined pelvic color ultrasound parameters were higher than those of single pelvic color ultrasound parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic color Doppler ultrasound has high clinical value in evaluating the effect of tripraline in CPP girls,which has clinical application value.
