黄体酮注射液联合复方益母胶囊治疗药物流产后出血患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄体酮注射液联合复方益母胶囊对药物流产后出血患者卵巢功能、激素及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月本院诊治的药物流产后出血患者88例作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机分配原则分为联合组与对照组,各44例。对照组给予黄体酮注射液治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予复方益母胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、卵巢功能、激素及炎症因子表达。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清抑制素B与抗缪勒氏管激素含量低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清孕激素、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素含量高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清白介素-6、白介素-8含量都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄体酮注射液联合复方益母胶囊可提升药物流产后出血患者治疗效果,改善卵巢功能,促进性激素分泌,抑制炎症因子的表达,具有应用有效性。Objective:To investigate the effects of progesterone injection combined with compound Yimu capsule on ovarian function,hormones and inflammatory factors in patients with post-medical abortion bleeding.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2021,88 patients with hemorrhage after medical abortion in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of 1 ∶ 1 random distribution,they were divided into combined group and control group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone injection,and the combined group was treated with compound Yimu capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function,hormone and inflammatory factor expression were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum inhibin B and anti-mullerian hormone in combination group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum progesterone and β-human chorionic gonadotropin in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progesterone injection combined with compound Yimu capsule can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with bleeding after drug abortion,improve ovarian function,promote sex hormone secretion,and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.It has application effectiveness.
