摘　　要：目的:探讨宣肺降浊汤辅助治疗早期尘肺病的疗效。方法:选取2016年12月—2019年12月我院收治的早期尘肺病患者80例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合宣肺降浊汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC)、TGF-β1浓度及TNF-α水平变化。结果:治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05);研究组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、TGF-β1、TNF-α水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺降浊汤辅助治疗早期尘肺病的效果显著,其可有效改善患者肺功能,调节机体炎症水平,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xuanfei Jiangturbidity decoction on pneumoconiosis.Methods:A total of 80 cases of early pneumoconiosis patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Xuanfei Jiangturu decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes(FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC),TGF-β1 concentration and TNF-α levels of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 67.50% of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,TGF-β1 and TNF-α in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Decoction in adjuvant treatment of early pneumoconiosis has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients,regulate the level of inflammation,and has high clinical value.
