预见性护理在帕瑞昔布钠缓解LDH术后镇痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在帕瑞昔布钠缓解腰椎间突出症(LDH)患者术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法:以随机抽签法将2021年2月—2022年5月在我院进行手术治疗的120例LDH患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。两组均行LDH手术,并于术后30 min注射40 ml帕瑞昔布钠注射剂,对照组和观察组分别给予常规护理和预见性护理。比较两组术后疼痛情况、腰椎功能、并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后48、72 h的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在帕瑞昔布钠缓解LDH术后镇痛中具有较高的临床应用价值,有利于缓解患者术后疼痛、促进腰椎功能的恢复,且能有效降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing on parecoxib sodium in relieving postoperative analgesia in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 120 patients with LDH who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60cases in each group.Both groups underwent LDH surgery,and 40 ml parecoxib sodium injection was injected 30 min after surgery.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and predictive nursing respectively.The postoperative pain,lumbar function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 48 and 72 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the ODI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing has high clinical application value in parecoxib sodium alleviating postoperative analgesia of LDH,which is beneficial to relieve postoperative pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
