基于德尔菲法的延续性护理在脑卒中患者服药管理过程中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于德尔菲法的延续性护理在脑卒中患者服药管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年3月本院收治的脑卒中患者230例作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签1∶1原则分为德尔菲组与对照组,各115例。两组患者服药观察时间为3个月,对照组在药物治疗期间给予常规延续性护理,德尔菲组在药物治疗期间给予基于德尔菲法的延续性护理,比较两组服药依从性、护理效果、负性情绪及生活质量。结果:德尔菲组护理期间服药依从性为100.00%,高于对照组的92.18%(P<0.05);德尔菲组护理总有效率为98.26%,高于对照组的89.56%(P<0.05);两组护理后焦虑与抑郁评分低于护理前,且德尔菲组低于对照组(P<0.05);德尔菲组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于德尔菲法的延续性护理在脑卒中患者服药管理中的应用效果良好,可提高患者服药依从性,改善焦虑与抑郁情绪,持续提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the application value of continuous nursing based on Delphi method in medication management of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 230 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the 1 ∶ 1 principle of random envelope drawing,they were divided into Delphi group and control group,with 115 cases in each group.The medication observation time of the two groups was 3 months.The control group was given routine continuous nursing during drug treatment,and the Delphi group was given continuous nursing based on Delphi method during drug treatment.The medication compliance,nursing effect,negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The medication compliance in the Delphi group was 100.00%,which was higher than 92.18% in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the Delphi group was 98.26%,which was higher than 89.56% in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the Delphi group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the Delphi group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of continuous nursing based on Delphi method in the medication management of stroke patients is good,which can improve the medication compliance of patients,improve anxiety and depression,and continuously improve the quality of life of patients.
