摘  要:目的:对比3D打印钛合金(Ti6Al4V)喷涂氮化钛(TiN)涂层材料和钴铬钼(CoCrMo)合金分别与超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)配副材料的磨损测试结果,验证其磨损性能可否满足人工关节的使用需求,为人工关节假体的产品设计提供参考。方法:采用销盘式试验方法,将TiN喷涂材料和市场主流的CoCrMo合金材料分别与UHMWPE配副在模拟人体温度和润滑环境下进行对比磨损测试,共进行旋转测试200万次(周期),分别在初始测试、第33万次、第66万次、第100万次和第200万次测试5个节段结束后对测试样品的磨损量、表面粗糙度及磨损形貌进行评估。结果:与TiN喷涂材料对磨的UHMWPE材料的磨损量为(1.1±0.1)mg,显著低于与CoCrMo合金对磨的UHMWPE材料,其磨损量为(1.9±0.2)mg。Ti N喷涂材料的表面粗糙度参数中轮廓算术平均偏差(Ra)值约为0.07μm,而Co Cr Mo合金粗糙度发生了显著变化,Ra值由初始的0.007μm增加至0.59μm。相比CoCrMo合金,TiN喷涂材料表面出现的犁沟划痕数量更少,深度更浅。结论:3D打印Ti6Al4V喷涂Ti N涂层材料的磨损性能优于市场主流的Co Cr Mo合金材料,是一种有潜力的人工关节面材料组合。Objective:By comparing the wear test results of 3D-printed titanium alloy(Ti6Al4V)with sprayed titanium nitride coating material(TiN)and cobalt-chromium-molybdenum(CoCrMo)alloy respectively coupled with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE),to verify whether the wear performance of this material can meet the needs of artificial joints,so as to provide reference for product design of the prosthesis of artificial joint.Methods:The pinon-disk test method was adopted to take respectively TiN sprayed material and the mainstream CoCrMo alloy material to couple with UHMWPE so as to carry out wear test of comparison under simulating human body temperature and lubrication environment.A total of 2 million times(cycles)of rotation test were implemented.The wear amounts,surface roughness and wear morphology of the test samples were assessed after 5 segments included initial test,0.33 million cycles,0.66 million cycles,1 million cycles and 2 million cycles respectively completed.Results:The wear amount of the UHMWPE materials with TiN sprayed material was 1.1±0.1mg,which was significantly lower than that with CoCrMo alloy(1.9±0.2mg).In the parameters of surface roughness of TiN sprayed material,the arithmetic average deviation(Ra)of outline approximately was 0.07μm.But the surface roughness of CoCrMo alloy significantly changed,and the Ra value of that increased from initial 0.007μm to 0.59μm.Compared with CoCrMo alloys,the number of furrow scratches on the surface of TiN sprayed material was less and the depth of that was shallower.Conclusion:The wear performance of 3D-printed Ti6Al4V sprayed with TiN coating material is better than that of the mainstream CoCrMo alloy material in the market,and it is a potential combination of artificial joint surface material.
