摘 要:目的:构建磁共振成像(MRI)设备模体动态评估模式,探讨其在设备质量控制管理中的应用价值。方法:选取中心在用的15台MRI设备,根据管理模式不同分别采用模体周期评估模式和模体动态评估模式,模体周期评估模式每年对MRI设备进行周期检测;模体动态评估模式开展常规检测、阶段检测和周期检测进行设备质量控制管理。对比两种模式设备性能检测规范度、图像分析准确度和运行质量可靠度评分的差异。结果:模体动态评估模式设备性能检测的环境管理、模体使用、参数设置、设备操作和记录反馈事项规范度分别为98.00%、99.00%、99.33%、98.33%和94.33%,均高于模体周期评估模式,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=14.929,x^(2)=13.942,x^(2)=8.191,x^(2)=7.331,x^(2)=8.026;P<0.05);模体动态评估模式设备磁场均匀性、空间分辨率、几何线性度和低对比灵敏度指标检测准确度分别为(97.18±1.16)%、(97.84±1.96)%、(96.85±1.12)%和(95.33±3.21)%,均高于模体周期评估模式,差异有统计学意义(t=6.226,t=5.633,t=5.984,t=3.655;P<0.05);模体动态评估模式设备影像质量可靠度评分为(1.92±0.05)分,高于模体周期评估模式,差异有统计学意义(t=3.049,P<0.05)。结论:基于模体动态评估模式的MRI设备质量控制管理路径,能够有效提升MRI设备管理工作规范程度,改善MRI设备质量控制性能水平,提高MRI设备临床诊疗服务运行质量。Objective:To establish a phantom dynamic evaluation management mode magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)equipment and explore its application value in equipment quality control management.Methods:15 sets of MRI equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management modes.The control group used the phantom periodic assessment mode to conduct periodic inspections of MRI equipment every year.The observation group adopted the phantom dynamic evaluation mode to carry out routine detection,stage detection and periodic detection.The differences on of equipment performance testing standardization,image analysis accuracy and operating quality reliability between the two groups were compared.Results:The standardization degree of environmental management,module use,parameter setting,equipment operation and recording of feedback items for the magnetic resonance equipment performance testing in the observation group was 98.00%,99.00%,99.33%,98.33%and 94.33%respectively,which was better than that in the control group,the was statistically significant(x^(2)=14.929,x^(2)=13.942,x^(2)=8.191,x^(2)=7.331,x^(2)=8.026,P<0.05).The measurement accuracy of magnetic field uniformity,spatial resolution,geometric linearity and low contrast sensitivity of magnetic resonance equipment in the observation group were(97.18±1.16)%,(97.84±1.96)%,(96.85±1.12)%and(95.33±3.21)%respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.226,t=5.633,t=5.984,t=3.655,P<0.05).The imaging quality score of the observation group was(1.92±0.05),which was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.049,P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control management path of MRI equipment based on the phantom dynamic evaluation mode can effectively enhance the degree of standardization in the management of MRI equipment,improve the quality control performance of MRI equipment,and improve the ope
