摘  要:高剂量率放射治疗(FLASH-RT)是一种以超高剂量率照射为主要特征的放射治疗新技术,其剂量率可达40 Gy/s或更高,明显高于传统放射治疗的2~20 Gy/min。多项体内及体外研究证实,FLASH-RT可缩短放射治疗时间,在保持疗效的同时更好地保护正常组织。FLASH-RT放射生物化学效应逐步明确,其对正常组织的保护作用可能与辐射性氧消耗导致的短暂氧剥离相关。FLASHRT的射线来源包括光子(X射线)、电子、质子和重离子,并以光子(X射线)和电子的应用最为普遍,故围绕FLASH-RT的生物学效应研究进展进行综述。High dose rates radiotherapy(FLASH-RT)is one kind of new technique which ultrahigh dose rate radiation is main characteristic,whose dose rate can reach to 40 Gy/s or higher that is obviously higher than 2-20Gy/min of conventional radiotherapy.Many in vivo and in vitro researches have verified that FLASH-RT can shorten time of therapy,and better protect normal tissue as well as keep curative effect.At present,the effect of FLASH-RT radiobiochemistry has been gradually cleared,and the protective effect of that on normal tissue might be correlation with transience oxygen stripping caused by radiative oxygen consumption.The sources of FLASH RT ray included photon(X-ray),electron,proton and heavy ion,and the applications of the photon(X-ray)and electron of them are the most common.This research embraced the research progress of FLASH-RT biological effect to conduct a review.
