摘 要:对平板探测器(FPD)的结构分类和工作原理,以及非晶硒FPD和非晶硅FPD的工作原理进行分析,探讨X射线数字摄影系统(DR)常见故障的维修方法,从X射线摄影、信息接收转换和图像处理显示3方面对其故障案例进行分析和排查,制定FPD故障的维修策略。FPD集电矩阵层是X射线信息转换的重要单元,控制装置和辅助装置也是影响FPD运行的关键因素。通过外观检查、元器件测试和信号检测等形式对设备故障进行排查处理,设备运行恢复正常。FPD是高集成度和高精密度的设备部件,日常维护工作是保障DR设备运行质量的重要举措,医学工程师应加强设备及FPD工作原理学习,提高设备维修中故障现象的分析和排查能力,构建医技工协作的管理制度,提高设备的临床服务能力。To analyze the structure classification and working principle of flat panel detector(FPD)and to explore the maintenance methods of common faults in digital radiography(DR)system.The working principles of amorphous selenium FPD and amorphous silicon FPD were analyzed respectively.The fault cases were analyzed and investigated from three aspects of X-ray photography,information receiving and conversion,and image processing and display,and the maintenance strategy of FPD faults was formulated.FPD collector matrix layer is the important unit of X-ray information conversion,and the control device and auxiliary device are also the key factors affecting the operation of FPD.The equipment failures were inspected and handled by performing visual inspection,component testing,and signal detection,and the equipment was restored to normal operation.FPD is a kind of equipment component with high integration and high precision.Routine maintenance is an important measure to ensure the operation quality of DR equipment.Medical engineers should strengthen the study of working principles of equipment and FPD,improve the ability of analysis and troubleshooting in equipment maintenance,construct a management system of cooperation between medical technicians,and improve the clinical service ability of equipment.
