摘　　要：辽宁泓锦骨伤流派源于清代宫廷正骨术,以打通营养输送渠道为主,接骨与治疗软组织损伤并重为辨治思想,通过“看、触、旋、探、听”实现精准诊断。开创独特治疗体系,以拇指探穴法(指刀法)为核心诊治手段,具有4种特色整复手法和12种基本推拿手法。特色整复手法为旋转调颈法、掌根旋转斜推法、掌根旋转按压法、定点骶椎整复术;基本推拿手法为五指拿推法、揉拿项肌法、捋抖十指法、拉腋底顶法、阴阳8字揉肩法、肩髋推拉法、侧牵摇晃屈膝归合法、推按腰背法、降龙伏虎法、金蛙游水法、提拿足三阳法、提拿足三阴法。传承下的秘方药剂近20种,其中4种已获得国家知识产权局发明专利,分别为神功接骨散、养骨散、疏经通络汤、百灵水。Hongjin school of orthopaedics in Liaoning province was originated from the palace bone setting manipulation in Qing dynasty,which used“focus on openning up nutrition delivery channels”and“lay equal stress on bone reset and soft tissue injury healing”as treatment method based on syndrome differentiation.Accurate diagnosis can be achieved by seeing,touching,rotating,exploring and listening.Hongjin orthopaedics created a unique treatment system,took probing acupoint with thumb as the core diagnosis and treatment means,had 4 characteristic bone setting manipulations and 12 basic massage techniques.The characteristic bone setting manipulations were rotary neck adjustment method,palm root rotation oblique pushing method,palm root rotation pressing method,and fixed point sacral vertebra reduction.The basic massage techniques were five finger massage,kneading nape muscle method,stroking and shaking ten fingers technique,pulling armpit and pushing spine with knee,Yin and Yang“8”shoulder rubbing method,shoulder blade pushing against sacroiliac joint,pulling shoulder while pushing sacroiliac joint method,pushing-palpating back method,Xianglong Fuhu method,Jinwa Youshui method,carrying three Yang meridians of foot method,carrying three Yin meridians of foot method.There were nearly 20 kinds of secret prescriptions imparted and inherited,4 of which have obtained invention patents from the State Intellectual Property Office,including:Shengong Jiegu Powder(神功接骨散),Yanggu Powder(养骨散),Shujing Tongluo Decoction(疏经通络汤)and Bailing Water(白灵水).
