护环用Mn18Cr18N钢室温及高温原位拉伸断裂机理研究

摘  要:分析了室温、服役温度和过高的热套温度对护环用Mn18Cr18N钢断裂行为的影响,提出了采用高温原位扫描疲劳试验机观察其在常温及高温(100℃和600℃)条件下的原位拉伸微观形貌,得到了高温600℃原位拉伸时,晶界及滑移线出现析出物(M23C6)会影响材料的综合力学性能,使断裂方式由穿晶方式的韧性断裂向沿晶和穿晶混合方式的准解理断裂形式转变。The influence of room temperature, service temperature and excessive hot jacket temperature on the fracture of Mn18Cr18N steel used for retaining ring is analyzed. In this paper, it is proposed to use high temperature in situ fatigue scanning test machine to observe its in situ tensile morphology at room temperature and high temperature(100 ℃ and 600 ℃) and gets result that when in situ tensile at high temperature 600 ℃, the presence of precipitates(M23C6) in crystal boundary and slip line will affect the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material so as to make fracture mode change from the ductile fraction of transgranular manner to the quasi cleavage fracture form of the mixed mode intergranular and transgranular.
